A Naval Architect and Mechanical Engineer, with extensive experience in vessel/ cargo surveys and claims handling. Has worked as a surveyor for over twenty years. Since 1996 he has been actively involved in Ship, Marine & Cargo surveying, as well Flag State Inspection, Class & Statutory surveys, P&I and H&M issues.
